MSME Samadhaan is one stop solution to micro, small, medium businesses to recover delayed payment of goods and/or services they sold. In total more than 1,67,000 application filed as on 10th December, 2023.
As per law governing the process, payment recovery order will be issued within 90 days from the date of filing the case. Once you have submitted all required documents, your respective MSME Council verify your submission and provide unique case number for your application. After you received that case number as per law your case will need to be disposed within 90 days.
However in practical scenario, it will take up to 6 months or more time. Legal proceeding will be initiated but many reason like your buyer not attain hearing or department has to dispose more application in that specific span and staff is limited or not trained to handle such load of work. MSME Samadhaan is still establish the infrastructure so in general your case will be disposed in 6-12 months time as per the working policy of respective council.
